About my work

Research

I am a researcher with 5+ years of hands-on experience translating research findings into actionable insights. I have experience conducting research across digital, academic, and community contexts, where I conduct in-depth interviews and data analysis to inform user-centred design.

I was trained at McMaster University and the University of Victoria. I hold a master's in Social Psychology and use qualitative and quantitative research methods to uncover pain points and understand users' needs. I am always eager to apply my expertise in human behaviour and empathy-driven research skills to create more accessible, enjoyable experiences for everyone.
